The following actions are prohibited:
- Be rude, rough and treat people with disrespect in the dormitory, gample, listen to loud music and amplify the tone on TV to the extent that it disturb others residents in the dormitory, as well as excessively loud playing a musical instrument or loud signing.
- Drink alcohol in dormitory, in your room or in a common areas, keep alcohol in your room, come to a dormitory in an alcoholic state, and in that state disturb dormitory employess, and collecting alcohol beverages, whether bottles are empty or full. In addition to this, the use possession and sale of substances for motivitation as well as intoxicants are forbidden. In case of such violations, the student will be removed from the dormitory without being allowed to make defense and appropriate instances will be notified about this rule violation/s.
- Smoking in rooms, seminar saloon, computer room, laundry rooms, canteen, kitchen, library, bathroom, corridors, and fire stairs amd similar enclosed room in dormitory. For those who do not comply with this rule, disciplinary measures will be imposed.
- The service user shall be prohibited from engaging in aactivities relating to publications, discourses and performances that are contrary to general ethical rules in his/her room and common areas. It is forbidden to organize any meetings, for any reason, organizing ceremonies, collecting signuteres from the residents or organizing signining (petition) campaigns, and incentives of any kind. All games that are featured as a gambling are also forbidden. In the event of participating in such actions, the student is expelled from the dormitory in accordance with the appropriate regulations.
- The dormitory administration is not responsible in case of loss of things or damages of the residents’ personal belongings if the resident left his/her personal belonging in an inappropriate place, without supervision. For each resident, the keys for the room should be provided by the dormitory administration. Residents need to keep their rooms and wardrobes locked (the student should take responsibility regarding this).
- Students are obliged to enter in the dormitory in the evening hours in the entrance time that is determined by the dormitory administration. Dormitory doors are opening and closing at the time specified on the notification panel. Student who came after entrance time will not be allowed to enter in the dormitory.
- In the dormitory rooms, as well as common areas are not allowed to keep domestic animals such as: cats, dogs, birds, hamsters, iguana, etc.
- Common rooms and areas are generally cleaned by dormitory cleaning personal. If near the room are found clothes, paper and similar materials, the room resident will be warned in writing form once, but if this is repeated, such things will be characterized as a trash and will be thrown away.
- It is forbidden to use electrical or mechanical appliances that carry a high risk of safety such as: iron, stove, fan and electric tea and coffee machines. If any of these devices are found, the dormitory administration will confiscate the same in accordance with the contractual act.
- If deemed necessary by the dormitory management, the resident is obliged to allow the control of her/his purse, suitcase and wardrobes.
- In the rooms is not allowed to receive outside guest(s), without permission of dormitory administration. Guests have right to sit in the lobby. It is forbidden that anyone other than dormitory resident to go to floors without prior permission. Residents do not have the right to disturb students in the oter rooms, even if they are about to visit students from other rooms, in the sense of excessive staying in rooms of other students.
- Students are forbidden to sleep other in other students’ beds. It is also unacceptable that students use items and wardrobe(s) of other students.
- Keeping in the dormitory or possessing (carrying) weapons, explosives, knifes, as well as other dangerous weapons or items that can cause injury or fatal injury, even if the have a license for those means.
- It is forbidden to make changes in the rooms such as: beds, wardrobes, tables and other inventory, or to break, damage or use them for unauthorized purposes.
- It is forbidden to keep in the wardrobes and rooms substances or foodstuffs (groceries) from which bad scents are spreading, or which are deteriorating, causing dripping and spilling in the wardrobes and rooms.
- Behaviour should be avoided which in any way violates peace and order in the dormitory, adhering to the general ethical rules and principles. It should be taken care about suitability of dressing, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and the common rooms in which they are staying. All students are required to regularly maintain personal hygiene, as well as to maintain their personal belongings properly.
- It is strictly forbidden to throw anything out of the windows.
- It is not permitted to dry clothes in the rooms, common room and areas, coridors, on the windows or around dormitory.
Our dormitory operates within the Sedef Bosnia Foundation, so that the dormitory administration is organized in accordance with the principles of this Foundation. Dormitory rules such as: entrance time, rules on disciplines, are defined on the basis of these principles.
